Set your ad goals
Your goals may vary for each listing and ad campaign. Use the following sections to focus your ad campaign based on your needs and budget.
What’s your budget?
The default budget is recommended based on your listing’s local market. You can adjust it using the slider or type any amount up to $1000. The Estimated Performance will update automatically based on your budget.
Please note:
While estimated performance is based on the best available data, external factors such as pricing, market demand, and location can affect results. Performance estimates are not guaranteed.
- AdTarget ads have a minimum budget of $100
- AdIntelligence ads have a minimum budget of $150
Spending presets

Sets the budget to extend the duration to the maximum period, giving you the best value.
Minimal
Sets the budget to the minimum amount for your ad to perform well.

Automatically balances budget and duration based on your ad type and all available information.

What’s your duration?
Select how long you want your ad campaign to run. There is a minimum budget per day that may fluctuate based on market conditions—this ensures your ad delivers appropriate value and performance. For example, $100 spread over 30 days isn’t effective for market penetration.
- AdTarget ads run for 3 to 30 days.
- AdIntelligence ads run between 15 and 21 days.
What’s your priority?
Your recommended priority will be highlighted, but you can choose what is most important to you:
Views
Get the most people to see your ad. Best for awareness and broader reach.
Clicks
Get the most clicks and website visits. Great for generating demand.
Leads
Target a narrower high-intent audience with instant forms for more conversion.
Where is your target audience?
- By default, the target location matches your listing address, but you can change it anywhere in the United States to reach out-of-state buyers or focus locally.
- Choose a radius of 15, 25, or 50 miles around the chosen location for your campaign.
Smart Budgeting for Effective Campaigns
Selecting the right campaign goals and budget is crucial for meaningful results in your local market. While you can allocate just $100 for advertising a $4 million property, realistic expectations suggest you won’t achieve the visibility or interest you’re aiming for. On the other hand, investing $1,000 to promote a $200,000 listing might be more than the situation calls for and could reduce your overall return. Choose a budget that thoughtfully matches your goals, desired market, and property, so your campaign attracts the right attention and delivers value where it matters most.
